AI Fly Sky provides real-time flight data via API. We are a data provider only — not a travel agent, not a booking platform. We do not sell flights, issue tickets, or facilitate any travel booking. All data is sourced from third-party providers and delivered programmatically to developers and AI agent builders.
Each customer receives a unique API key upon registration. API keys are non-transferable. The customer is fully responsible for all usage under their key. Sharing, reselling, or distributing API keys to third parties is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized use of a key is the sole responsibility of the key holder.

FLIGHT DATA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
Flight prices, availability, schedules, and related data are sourced from third-party providers including Google Flights, Kiwi, Skiplagged, and Ryanair (direct API). AI Fly Sky makes NO warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Prices and availability change rapidly and without notice. Data returned by the API may differ from what is displayed on airline or OTA websites at the time of booking. The customer must independently verify all data before presenting it to end users or making business decisions based on it.
AI Fly Sky is not responsible for any losses, damages, or decisions made based on data provided through the API.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
AI Fly Sky's total aggregate liability under any and all circumstances shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.
AI Fly Sky shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:
This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if AI Fly Sky has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
AI Fly Sky provides the API on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, response times, or error-free operation. The API may experience downtime, degradation, or interruption at any time without prior notice.
AI Fly Sky reserves the right to modify, deprecate, or discontinue any endpoint or the service as a whole with 30 days notice posted to the service website or sent via email to registered users.
AI Fly Sky may suspend or terminate any account immediately, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms of Service or for any reason we deem necessary to protect the service or other users.
No refund will be issued upon termination for cause.
You may terminate your account at any time by ceasing use of the API and contacting us to close your account.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Panama City, Panama. The language of arbitration shall be English.
AI Fly Sky reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the API after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes via email.
