If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund within 14 days — no questions asked.

1. 14-Day Refund Guarantee

If you are unhappy with your AI Fly Sky subscription for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund. No explanation required.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email yos.dabian@aiflysky.com with the subject line: "Refund Request"
  2. Include your API key prefix (first 12 characters are sufficient) or the email address used for purchase.
  3. Submit the request within 14 days of your purchase date.

We will process your refund promptly and respond within 2 business days.

3. Paddle as Merchant of Record

All payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for AI Fly Sky. Refunds are issued through Paddle and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Changes to This Policy

AI Fly Sky reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted to this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
