AI Fly Sky ("we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users and customers. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

1. Data We Collect

We collect and store only the minimum data necessary to operate the service:

Email address — collected at registration for API key delivery and account management.
API call counts per key — tracked for quota enforcement and billing purposes.

We do NOT store flight search content. We do not log, store, or retain the contents of your API requests — including origin, destination, dates, or any travel-related search parameters. We do not collect personal travel data.

2. Payment Data

All payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. AI Fly Sky never receives, stores, or processes credit card details, billing addresses, or any other payment information. Paddle handles all payment data in accordance with their own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your email address is used exclusively for:

(a) Delivering your API key upon registration.
(b) Service notifications (e.g., planned maintenance, endpoint deprecation, quota warnings).
(c) Critical security alerts (e.g., suspected unauthorized access to your account).

We never sell your data. We never share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Data Retention

Your email address is retained for as long as your account remains active. Upon request for account closure, all associated data (email, API key, usage records) will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access — Request a copy of all data we hold about you.
Deletion — Request complete deletion of your account and all associated data.
Correction — Request correction of inaccurate data.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We do not use cookies. We do not use web analytics, tracking pixels, advertising trackers, or any client-side tracking technology on our API endpoints or website.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Users

AI Fly Sky is operated from Panama. If you are accessing the service from outside Panama, please be aware that your data will be processed in Panama. By using the service, you consent to this transfer.

9. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
